Presenter: Dr. Ebbin Dotson, Assistant Dean for Urban Health and Diversity Programs at UIC

Dr. Dotson’s presentation tomorrow will highlight the Iconography of Contagion: A Web Exhibition of early 20th-century Health Posters. The lecture/demonstration will explore how public health took a visual turn about 100 years ago and how local public health departments around the country are increasingly embracing media work to help address disparities in public health advertising in the 21st century.
