Wellness at the African-American Cultural Center

This year the African-American Cultural Center will explore the ways that African Americans have historically defined and developed well-being, and explore and cultivate our own wellness practices. Through a series of conversations, lectures, yoga and meditation classes we will together navigate a path to wellness.

Wellness Workshop
